Terms of sale

Every work is one of one, so all sales are final. FIMH does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• A 60% deposit secures the work. Once it is paid, the work is reserved for you and no longer offered to anyone else.
• The deposit is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• The remaining 40% is due in full before the work is dispatched.
• Ownership of the work passes to you once payment has been received in full.

• The price agreed for a work covers the work only. Shipping and insurance are quoted and paid separately.
• Every work is packed with care and shipped insured.

• Please inspect the work as soon as it arrives.
• Report any damage or shipping issue to freedomismyhead@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the work and all packaging. This allows the insurance claim to be made in time.
• Keep all packaging until the matter is resolved.
• If a work arrives damaged, FIMH will work with you and the insurer towards a fair remedy, such as repair or recovery of its value.

• The artist keeps full copyright in every work. Buying a work does not include the right to reproduce it in any form.
• The artist strictly prohibits the use of any FIMH work, or any image of it, to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and the reproduction or redistribution of any work or AI-generated derivative of it.
• Any such use, for training or for redistribution, will result in legal action.
